This is probably the truest thing I've read in a long time. We should all strive to make others feel only good and positive things in their lives. How much better would a person feel if we actually looked that person in the eye, really smiled at them and said a genuine "Hi, how are you?" and then actually listened to their answer instead of our eyes glazing over and thinking about the next thing to do on our lists?

Unemployed? Let's just call it an extended vacation.

Although we didn't get to see the Grand Canyon, something I really wanted to do... seeing Vegas and the grand, opulence of it all has been quite an experience. But, next time (if ever there is one) I will spend my time in Vegas riding a donkey down the trails along the red walls of the Grand Canyon, in order to listen to the roar of the river cutting through those walls.
